Can you send me your pricelist (and/or catalogue)?
Our leaflet is for demonstration purpose only as we don’t have a standard product range (and consequently no pricelist), but work to the designs supplied by the customer.
What type of material is available?
We have no materials in stock (other than rough materials), but buy them to order exclusively for our customers.
How long does delivery take?
We usually buy in the raw materials and plan our production in order to deliver the products in compliance with the production programmes supplied by our customers. For single orders delivery depends on the time it takes to acquire the raw material.
If we bring you a camper (or caravan) can you take the measurements and build the furnishings?
We don’t design made to measure furnishings, but only work to the executive designs supplied (or approved) by the customer.
Do you build made to measure furnishings?
We only work on series of products, also considering small quantities.
Once the programme has been supplied can it be changed?
It is possible to make changes within certain limits and considering the raw materials already purchased. Unlike our biggest, more structured competitors, the size and versatility of our company enable us to effectively respond to occasional changes in programme.
Are the technical drawings created in-house?
We aren’t yet able to supply this service; however we work in conjunction with the engineering departments of our customers, making all our experience and know-how available as design backup.
What is the hot-melt system?
The hot-melt system is a gluing technique using heat melted polyurethane adhesives which offer high resistance to damp and require no time in the press for reticulation. This system is highly suited to continuous gluing.
Do you also supply a design service?
Not usually, but we can engage professionals from outside the company.
